Governing council

Governing council is a small but committed group of parents and community members. We have a staff representative from our upper primary classes. This group is committed to seeking feedback and opinions of their stakeholders.

Governing council highlights are:

  • Support and governance of the school’s operation, Code of Conduct, and Confidentiality and Grievances policy.
  • Development and review of the school’s Site Improvement Plan.
  • Securing a Community Hubs Grant in the area of Special Projects/Program.

Join our governing council

Parents, students, community members and staff can be part of our governing council or sub-committees.   

Council elections are held in October each year. You can make nominations at our Annual General Meeting or pick up a nomination form from our front office.
